Broiled Pineapple Dessert

1 fresh pineapple, cored, peeled
3 Tbsp. KRAFT LIGHT DONE RIGHT! Raspberry Vinaigrette Reduced Fat Dressing
2 cups BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

PREHEAT broiler. Cut pineapple crosswise into 8 slices. Place on rack of broiler pan or in 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Brush evenly with dressing.
BROIL, 3 to 4 inches from heat, 4 to 5 min. or until heated through.
TRANSFER pineapple to serving platter; top evenly with the cottage cheese. Sprinkle with the pomegranate seeds.



Note
Serve as a dessert or as part of a light lunch.

Great Substitute
Subsitute 1 cup fresh raspberries for the pomegranate seeds
